Captain Issa Hamed Eleish
Born 1938 - is the chairman of the board of directors and a managing director of MOS. He has held both positions since 1990. Captain Eleish is also chairman of the board of directors and a managing director of Maridive Offshore Projects Co. He is chairman of the board of directors and a managing director of P & J Paste & Juice Co. Additionally, Captain Eleish is chairman of the board director of Valentine, El Roda for Agriculture & Bestial Development Co., ISA Trading Co. and Baby Coca for Wears Co. He is also a member of the board of directors for National Transport & Overseas Services (NOSCO), Noba Fridge for Freezing & Food Supply and Minafarm Pharmaceuticals & Chemical Industries. Captain Eleish was previously an office in the Naval Forces’ special services division. He was also a diving instructor and a salvage expert in the Egyptian Commercial Navy, as well as chief officer of cadet instruction for navigation and seamanship.
Captain Eleish holds a BSc. In Naval Sciences from the Egyptian Naval Academy He has also studied deep mix gas diving and shallow diving and salvage.

Mr. Mohamed Magdy Ibrahim Zeid
Born 1933 - is a managing director of MOS. He has held this position since 1978. Mr.Zeid is also a member of the board of directors of Maritide, MOP, Valentine, Offshore Oil Services (NOSCO) and Noba Fridge for Freezing & Food Supply. Mr. Zeid had different managerial posts in Shell Group from 1953 to 1961 and worked as operations manager for Egyptian Gas and Petroleum Company from 1961 to 1967. He has also previously been a member of the board of directors of 17 companies. He holds a BSc. In Chemistry from Cairo University. Mr. Zeid was co –founder of Petrolia Hellenic.

Dr. Mohamed Tarek Maged Nadim
Born 1961 - is the vice-chairman of MOS. He has held this position since 1989. Dr. Nadim previously served as vice chairman and board member of MOS, MOP, Maritide, Noba Fridge for Freezing & Food Supply and National Transport & Overseas Services (NOSCO). He is the managing director for El Roda For Agriculture & Bestial Development Co. and is also a senior of Valentine.
Dr. Nadim is also chairman of other companies, including EgyDream for Tourism Development and EgyDream for Tourism Projects. Dr. Nadim holds a BSc. In accounting, a master’s degree, and a PhD in economics from California Pacific University.

Ms. Nevin El Messeery
Born 1959 - Is a director of MOS. She has held this position since 2005. Ms. El Messeery has 24 years of banking experience, and is currently a general manager in the corporate banking group at Commercial International Bank S.A.E., where she also chairs the credit committee and is a member of the senior credit committee. Ms. El Messeery is a member of the reform committee of the Central Bank of Egypt. She has a B.A. in commerce from the University of Cairo. She has also completed a course on banking offered by Chase Manhattan Bank, and had taken several technical and managerial courses over the course of her career.

Mr. Hamed Issa Hamed Eleish
Born 1974 - Is a director of MOS and Valentine. He has held these positions since 1999 and 2004, respectively. Mr. Eleish previously worked as an assistant to project and operations managers of MOS, director of Valentine. He is a managing director of P & G Paste & Juice Co. Mr. Eleish holds a B.A. in economics and finance from Bentley College.

Ms. Shahira Mohamed Magdy Zeid
Born 1962 - is a director of MOS and Valentine. She has held these positions since 1999 and 2004, respectively. Ms Zeid is also vice chairman of MZ Investments ( a holding company for several business entities in the field of petroleum, marine services, tourism, transport, and international investment). She is a member of the following non-government organizations: the Arab Business Council, Executive Committee (World Economic Forum); Egypt’s International Economic Forum ; the Arab International Women’s Forum; the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt; the Canada Egypt Business Counsel; the Egyptian Lebanese Businessmen Association; the Ms. Suzane Mubark Women for peace movement; and the Children are the future foundation. Ms. Zeid holds B.A. in business administration from the American University in Cairo.

Ms. Sherin Issa Hamed Eleish
Born 1967 - is a director of MOS. She has held this position since 1999. She is also managing director of Baby Coca for Wears Co. she holds a B.A. in commerce from Alexandria University.
Ms. Sherin Issa Hamed Eleish is the daughter of Captain Issa Hamed Eleish and the sister of Mr. Hamed Issa Eleish, who are both directors of MOS.

Ms. Sherin Maged Nadim
Born 1968 - is a director of MOS .she has held this position since 1999 Ms. Nadim is also a member of the board o f directors of Egydream for Urban Tourism Development. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Alexandria and a B.A. from the Maritime Academy for transport.
