· Perenco Gabon have extended Contract for Hire of the M/V “Maridive 36” for (1) year effective October 2009.

· Gulf of Suez Petroleum Co. (GUPCO) extended Contract for Hire of M/V “Maridive IX” for One (1) year effective November 2009 at a reduction in Daily Rate.

· Belayim petroleum Company (PETROBEL) have confirmed their request to extend “Maridive 87” Contract for another period effective 24.10.2009. Rates will be negotiated.

· Abu Qir Petroleum Company extended Contract for Hire of M/V “Maridive 107” and “Maridive XI” for 2 + 2 months up to Mid. December 2009. Tenders are issued and awaiting results.
