| Maridive announces new contracts awarded in Brazil amounting 235 Million US$ to rent 5 vessels for 4 years.
This new contract is the biggest is OSV segment with one client.
In addition to another contract amounting 25Million US$ in MENA region to another vessel which is expected to be delivered next month from Indian Shipyard.
Worth mentioning that 2 vessels from the above mentioned are under delivery next month and will be mobilized once received to Brazil to start the operation by mid April 2012.
The other vessel will be mobilized gradually and expected to start operations by April 2012.
New contracts will affect positively to company revenues and net profits starting 2nd quarter 2012 going forward for 4 years.
Maridive started marketing for new vessel in some different markets around the globe in Brazil, West Africa and Far East which needs high advanced marine technology to be able to work in these areas.
